By far, my favorite brussels sprouts recipe.
Ingredients
- Brussel sprouts
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Seasoning:
- Dry oregano
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
- Herb salt (a mixture of sea salt, thyme, rosemary, basil, tarragon and fennel)
Steps
- Wash the sprouts in cold water, cut off the end bit, and halve them.
- Put them in a bowl and add olive oil (generous), vinegar (light), and seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange halves on a sheet pan and add a little more seasoning.
- Bake on 450F for about 30-35 minutes or until the outsides are beginning to char and the insides are reasonably tender.

Looking good and I bet they taste even better. I will have to try them.
